Vortex offers these services either on a “Vortex hosted model” where the software is hosted at Vortex datacenter or “Customer hosted model” where the software is installed in the bank’s datacenter. In both the cases, Vortex provides the services of managing the software and the attached ATM network. So, the bank does not have to spend on capital expenditure & need not spend efforts in building up expertise in the tools. The entire accountability for the ATM management lies with Vortex and the bank can focus on bringing out new customer services.
