Job Title                      : Regional Sales Manager - West

Qualification               : B.E, MBA or Equivalent

Experience                : 10 to 12 Years

Mandate                    : BFSI Industry

Language                 : English & Hindi Mandatory (Marathi preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for regional sales targets.
  2. Carry out sales region needs analysis & develop resultant strategy & business plans
  3. Recruit & manage sales managers & executives
  4. Build & manage relationships with Clients & Partners
  5. Build and manage healthy sales funnel & own customer database for territory assigned for lead generation & digital marketing activities
  6. Understand & communicate product value proposition to CXO level client executives
  7. Support team in preparing product proposals, respond to RFP’s & manage price negotiations with clients.
  8. Work with various internal stakeholders to meet sales targets

Mandatory Skills Required:

  1. Go getter attitude with target achievement orientation & proven sales track record
  2. Experience in IT product selling
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Thrives in dealing with CXO’s and in closing deals
  5. Fluent in using modern social/digital media
  6. Experience in selling to Banking segment in India-West region

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  1. Exposure to Payments/Self-Service/ATM domain
  2. Existing relationship with banks in west
